Our assessments and consultations explore not only skills and aptitudes but also the emotional, relational, and psychological patterns that shape professional direction.

The Online Process

The Career Guidance and Assessment programme includes three structured sessions, held online for accessibility and focus.

• Session One: Exploration
  A one-on-one session to explore your interests, aspirations, and personal context and to understand how your drives, patterns, and values influence your decisions.

• Session Two: Assessment
  You complete a professional, recognised psychometric assessment to identify your natural strengths, aptitudes, and areas of potential growth.

• Session Three: Results and Direction
  Ten days later, your practitioner meets with you and parents, if applicable, to discuss your written report in depth, providing clear feedback and practical next steps. A hard copy of the assessment is also provided.

Sessions are typically held in the morning when concentration and alertness are at their best.

Who This Is For

The programme is open to clients aged 15 years and older. It is the only Victory Within™ service available to those under 18, offering a professional and supportive space for young people and adults alike to explore meaningful career direction.
