School Partnership Representative - Johannesburg

Victory Within is a multidisciplinary psychological and wellbeing organisation providing psychological care, professional education, school programmes, healthcare partnerships and organisational wellbeing services.
We are seeking a confident, articulate and experienced School Partnerships Representative to support the development of Victory Within’s school partnerships in Johannesburg.
The role is suited to an experienced education or professional services practitioner who is comfortable engaging with school leadership, educators and other stakeholders, and who can represent Victory Within with professionalism, warmth and credibility.
The successful candidate will introduce Victory Within’s school services to selected schools, develop professional relationships and identify opportunities for school wellbeing workshops and programmes.
This is initially a project-based opportunity, with the potential for continued involvement as Victory Within expands its school partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and approach suitable schools in Johannesburg.
Establish contact with school leadership, staff development, counselling, wellbeing and relevant administrative personnel.
Introduce Victory Within and its school-based services.
Present and distribute approved Victory Within information materials.
Communicate confidently and professionally with school representatives.
Identify schools interested in staff wellbeing workshops and other Victory Within programmes.
Maintain accurate records of schools contacted, discussions held and follow-up required.
Follow up with interested schools and facilitate introductions to the appropriate Victory Within representative.
Support the coordination of confirmed school engagements.
Attend selected school workshops or meetings where required.
Maintain professional relationships with schools and represent the standards and values of Victory Within.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Health Sciences or another relevant professional field.
Professional registration where applicable, such as SACE, HPCSA or another recognised professional regulatory body.
A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, preferably within education, student support, psychological services, professional development or a related field.
Demonstrated experience working with schools, learners, students, educators or educational institutions.
Experience communicating with senior staff, school leadership or professional stakeholders.
Previous experience in presentations, public speaking, workshops, training or professional outreach will be highly advantageous.
A strong understanding of the school environment and the needs of educators and learners.
Existing relationships within the Johannesburg school community will be advantageous.

PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION
The School Partnerships Representative will represent Victory Within when engaging with schools and must maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
The role does not involve providing psychological services or representing oneself as a practitioner on behalf of Victory Within unless appropriately qualified, registered and specifically authorised to do so.
All professional service information, quotations, agreements and programme arrangements will be managed by Victory Within.
REMUNERATION
This is a project-based opportunity.
Remuneration will comprise:
An agreed project or outreach fee;
Commission for qualifying school workshop bookings generated directly through the Representative; and
Additional remuneration where the Representative is requested to attend or assist with confirmed workshops.
Travel and other approved expenses will be discussed and agreed in advance.
JOHANNESBURG SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
The initial project will focus on developing relationships with schools in Johannesburg and introducing Victory Within’s end-of-year staff wellbeing workshops.
Successful candidates may have the opportunity to continue working with Victory Within as our school partnership network develops.
