ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Victory Within is exploring opportunities to develop school partnerships in Lusaka, Zambia, as part of its longer-term expansion into selected regional markets.
We are seeking an experienced education or professional services practitioner based in Lusaka to support the development of relationships with schools and educational organisations.
The initial focus will be on school outreach and relationship development, with the potential for continued involvement as Victory Within develops its regional school partnerships.
This opportunity is suited to someone who understands the school environment, communicates confidently with school leadership and enjoys building professional relationships.
THE ROLE
The School Partnerships Representative will support Victory Within in establishing and developing relationships with schools in Lusaka.
Responsibilities may include:
Identifying suitable schools and educational organisations
Making initial contact with school leadership and relevant decision-makers
Introducing Victory Within and its school-focused services
Delivering professional information packs and programme information
Identifying schools interested in staff wellbeing, learner support, career development and professional education
Building and maintaining relationships with schools
Following up with prospective schools
Identifying potential opportunities for workshops, programmes and longer-term partnerships
Maintaining accurate records of school contacts and follow-ups
Providing regular feedback to Victory Within
Arranging introductory conversations or meetings where appropriate
Supporting the development of a 2027 school partnership pipeline
The role is primarily focused on professional outreach and relationship development. Psychological or counselling services will not be provided as part of this role unless the individual is appropriately qualified, registered and specifically authorised to do so.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with a relevant tertiary qualification in:
Education
Psychology
Counselling
Social Work
Health Sciences
Professional Development
Business, Communications or a related field
Professional registration or recognised professional affiliation is advantageous where applicable.
Relevant experience in one or more of the following would be beneficial:
Schools or education
Learner or educator support
Counselling or psychological services
Professional development
Training and workshops
Education partnerships
Business development or relationship management
Community or organisational programmes
Existing relationships with schools in Lusaka will be advantageous.

PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION
The School Partnerships Representative will act as a professional representative of Victory Within when engaging with schools and educational organisations.
The representative will not provide psychological services, counselling or other regulated professional services on behalf of Victory Within unless appropriately qualified, registered and specifically authorised to do so.
Information relating to professional services, programme fees, formal proposals and contractual arrangements will be managed by Victory Within.
PROJECT STRUCTURE
This is a project-based opportunity, with the initial focus on developing school relationships and identifying potential partnerships for 2027.
The initial project may include:
Phase 1 - Relationship Development
School research, introductions, outreach, information sharing and identification of potential partners.
Phase 2 - 2027 School Partnerships
Development of school relationships, programme discussions, workshops and ongoing partnership opportunities.
The role may continue beyond the initial project depending on the development of Victory Within's school partnerships in Zambia.
REMUNERATION
This is a project-based opportunity.
Remuneration may include:
An agreed project or outreach fee
Commission for qualifying school workshop or programme bookings secured through the representative
Additional remuneration where the representative is requested to attend or assist with workshops or programmes
Agreed travel or other project-related expenses where applicable
The final structure will be discussed with the successful candidate.
LOCATION
Lusaka, Zambia
The successful candidate should be based in Lusaka and comfortable travelling to schools within the Lusaka area where required.
TIMELINE
Primary focus: 2027 school partnerships
Initial relationship development: Late 2026 / early 2027
